If Google Translate got it right, you want to change the language. From the main menu, before starting a new game or loading a savefile, click on "Options" (third line). Then, on the first tab, "Game Options" you will have two sliders (second and third lines) where you can select the language separately for subtitles and voice-overs (default is English).
