Hi.

i just tried Witcher wrapper for Mac OS X.

i like the way it works on my macbook pro but i have some 'black polygons' glitch.
i don't know if it's related to models, textures or shadows and there is way to fix this :/

anyway - i wonder about results if anyone else also tried to play witcher on mac.

i use wrapper from portingteam forum

[hey - maybe there's good idea for separate topic for 'compatibility list' for mac wrappers of <Windows> GOG games?]

Black (or outline) polys are a sign that the graphics system failed to render some textures.

Running with a compatibility layer like Wine or Cider, or a VM environment like Parallels, requires that the compatibility layer do its job perfectly. None of them do quite achieve perfection, so you should not expect zero artifacts.

The portingteam forum would have more members knowledgeable about these issues.

I i've found a way to bypass that black poly glitch.
switching game resolutions few times [2-4] do the trick and than i can play normally.

game runs smoothly, i can save and load (after mapping 'MyDocuments' folder in Wineskin to OSX Docs i use mac docs folder). PC saves works of course.

only 'problems' at the moment are:
-no health bars for creatures
-grass, stones etc env. objects are red
