The program can't start because d3dx9_35.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
The launcher... launches... (./snicker) fine but this error pops up when I click "Launch Game"
it sounds like a direct x 9 error of some kind, based on some initial googling, however I wondered if anyone else had run into this and knows the exact fix. It's a fresh machine and I'm still in the paranoid stages of messing around with core programs and files.
and, now I see a duplicate post, from someone else... it's late, sorry for cluttering the board.
