Big problem with game. Even through i read the books about Ghouls and swamp monsters I still dont get the ingredients from them (which is also needed for quests). Anyone had that problem?

Do you have entries on your journal for ghouls (under monsters) and ghoul blood (under ingredients)? That's the way to know for sure that you've read the right book and that the game is "told" to drop ghoul's blood as loot.
