This is my favourite topic

I have done a bunch of his quests from the sign post, and I can never find him at the guard post the quest shows - I have tried various times at different times of the day, and I checked both levels of the building every time.
I have been to the reception quest at the nearby inn already (the one where you bump into the Princess)
This is really annoying, please help x.x

Maybe it is at bank,near market, if you didn't finish the bank quest...

pigulici: Maybe it is at bank,near market, if you didn't finish the bank quest...
Oh, I was not aware that that mission had to be done too... I don't have that mission triggered yet, thanks.

I love the game but certain design choices I am quite baffled by.
