I just got the game through GOG and installed it and everything went fine. I open the game and everything is set to medium but its choppy and it seems like the fight animation is missing or really slow, i swing at them and then they die nothing really in between. So i turned down all the settings and it still acts the same. I tried patching with 1.5 but it gave me an error saying something like it cant find the installer.

my pc has a MSI 2gb ddr3 video card in it 3 gbs of ram and a 3.2 ghx processor.

The amount of RAM your card has is actually pretty meaningless without knowing the make/model of the card. Same goes for the processor speed. It might also help to know what OS you are running the game on. Without those kinds of details, all anyone could really suggest is update your drivers and turn off any extra background processes and applications (things like Skype, media players, maybe even your anti-virus). Also, don't bother with trying to patch the game, all of GOG's games are already updated to the latest available official patch.
