I'm having a problem in The Witcher. I installes the Texturen Mod and suddenly he started having the problem of the ScreenShot. When i dinstall it the problem is gone, so i'm certain it's a problem in the Texturen Mod. Can someone help me?

Can you give some system specs including video card with vram ?

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 7750 Dual-Core Processor (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB

I`m pretty sure your card is the draw back . The texturen mod mod takes a pretty good card to run it properly .

Are you installing the texturen mod in the override folder of your witcher directory

I'm executing the .exe that come when i downloaded the Texturen Mod, them i install it in my The Witcher folder, i even get the mensage that ask if i want to overwrite. The unnistaler works too, so it's not a problem uninstalling the mod.

The texturen needs to go in your witcher>data>override folder to function correctly .
If you don`t have an overide folder in the data section then you need to create a folder and name it to override and using the exe it will ask where you want to install to . I`ll attach a couple of pics one is of the override folder and the other is a pic of the texturen mod inside the override folder

Tried to install the way you said and the problem persist.

I think you are right about the Video Card. It must be the problem.

My previous card was a GTS250 w/1GB vram and it would barely run the texturen mod and even then the FPS in game was in the mid 20`s . Everything else in your system definitely would hold up to that mod . Maybe in the near future you could upgrade to a better card .

I agree. My card is already showing some age and i doubt it will be able to keep up with the upcoming games.
