RafaelLVX: I really enjoy the sexual themes in Witcher. Not all games have to be for everyone, and disliking sex themes in games is fine, there's still plenty of games to play out there.
Edit: also I'm more or less sure you can turn off pretty much everything that's violent or sexual in the Witcher games.
drealmer7: I'm no prude. And I never said I dislike sex themes in games, or violence, or anything. What I dislike, as has been said about this game before and I'm just looking for more infomration regarding that , is that this game seems to pass off "adult" as "mature." There is a complete difference in meaning. Sex and violence handled maturely vs. handled immaturely, and it sounds like (and I'm getting more assured about it with each accumulation of comment) The Witcher is immature in its handling of such themes. That is what I don't like.
Let me rephrase because I really missed the point there: I really enjoy the sexual themes in Witcher. You saying it is immature doesn't make it so, though it's pretty close to calling me immature for liking it.
The game is NOT "oh-so-serious", and I don't think it should be. It's a game about a fantasy hero, and there's sex, is all. Just like real life, jerking around is a thing, sex doesn't need to always be meaningful. But by all means go grab a more mature game if you will.
