I have the a physical copy of The Witcher enhanced edition platinum edition (UK) and I want to redeem my GOG backup copy but I can't find they key. The game didn't ask for one when I installed it and I can't find it in the box or the manual anywhere, so either it doesn't have one, it came on a separate piece of paper and I lost it or it is in the manual or game guide somewhere and I'm just an idiot.

Can anyone help me?

Go to http://thewitcher.com/backup/ and follow the instructions there.

Specifically:

- "Choose your game" = Witcher
- "Choose your version" = Retail version
- "Do you have your game box / game discs?" = Yes

Then you'll have to follow some more steps as shown below:

"In order to redeem your digital backup of The Witcher please follow these steps:

1. On a sheet of paper write your email address, the same one which you will also provide in a text field below.
2. Place your game box or game discs on/near the sheet of paper and take a photo of them. Please note that the game and your email address need to be clearly visible in the picture.
3. Attach the photo below."

After you attach the photo, answer the challenge question (you'll need to select a number from a dropdown list - think of it like some sort of captcha).

Lastly, click "Send". That's it, easy peasy! ;-)

Got a 503 error ^^ so don't work :/
Same goes here,
I'm trying to get my backup copy, I've already tried several times on different days a t different hours.
The page start loading and then shows a white page with this comunication.

Tried again attaching a resized photo .jpeg image (under 1mb) and it worked!
