For some reason, this game is running not only incredibly full of stutters and little freezes, but also has a tendency to crash. I'll post my specs below, but I have more than enough decent hardware to run it...any ideas?

I was having an issue with my AMD Radeon HD 7770. Cutscenes would crash my computer when running in fullscreen because the video card wasn't getting enough juice. Running in windowed mode, Windows 7 would have TDR(Timeout Detection and Recovery) events that allowed the computer to recover. My solution was to increase the power limit setting in Catalyst Control Center, but that is an AMD GPU specific fix.
