I have a problem. In cutscenes and dialogues there is no sound. Please help me fix it.

A common fix for this is updating your sound drivers. And of course uninstalling/installing again.
Also make sure you don't have any mods installed which interfere with game files.
Some users solved sound issues replacing their binkw32.dll file, as you can read here.
If everything else fails, don't hesitate to contact GOG Support, as they help with technical issues in all the games sold at the store.
