Hello... I’m aware this is a common problem but having been looking all over the internet I cannot find a fix for it

So I boot up my game, no audio, none at all, not even from the Atari at the start, is there any way to fix this and get audio within my game ? I would love to play this game but I don’t feel like the Witcher is a game I can play without any audio it will just be immersion breaking for me

Thanks in advance
Is the disable sound box in the sound options checked and you can't uncheck it?
If your sound is set for 5.1 or 7.1, try just stereo.
If you are using windows 10 try enabling "windows sonic for headphones" in the audio options. I had a similar issue, worked for me.

I keep seeing this windows sonic for headphones thing online and tried it myself but I felt underwhelmed . it it meant for headphones ? Because i use only stereo speakers and , Soon i will get in my mail the 7.1 surround headset i ordered . is windows sonic recommanded or do the headphones do a better job on their own ?
