I've just stumbled on this while letting my player roam through my entire music collection on 'random'. In particular, I feel like I remember the melody of track 7 ('Sapphire Waters' from 'Village Kollektiv') from somewhere else, but I can't place my finger on it.

I've definitely encountered this style before somewhere else in my collection—that is, either the melody (that nice tune at around 1:55 and going on through the entire piece), or that dulcimer-eque sound; I'm not sure which, maybe even both.

Does anyone have an idea of anything that is similar to this? Whatever it is, just shoot. I just need some clue to help me remember; trying to comb through over ten thousand songs without is just plain futile. :o)

The melodies in that song are from bits and pieces of the Witcher soundtrack itself, they've just been put into this sort of trancey tribal rhythm track.

I hated the whole "inspired by" album, though I loved the original soundtrack to the game.

Strangely, the music that plays during the end credits of the game actually appears on the "Inspired by" album, rather than the soundtrack. That's the one piece I really liked; most of the stuff on "Inspired by" I didn't enjoy.
