Is there anyone who fixed the annoying and distracting microstutter occuring every second or two that is best visible when you have VSync enabled? You can see it nicely in this video (make sure the quality is 1080p60): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntTeIVMNNRE

Thanks but it did not work. The microstutter is still there, and a guy on the Guru3D forums (RealNC) confirmed it (it happened on 3 different CPUs of mine). By the way, I'm the Carl Linnaeus from the link you've sent me, I've been battling this bug off and on since about 3 years ago when I first started playing the game.
