The Witcher and Trials in the Sky continue to crash on me. I'm not sure why so often my GoG games crash. I have enough power in my computer to run these games. I play games from one of the competitors and never have any issues. I play games that have greater requirements with no problems. I will start the game and within 10-15 minutes the game will suddenly crash.

Look under "Frequent Crashes". The best bet is to try windowed mode, but there are several other possibilities listed as well.

The Witcher can be pretty finicky, even on powerful hardware. I'm guessing your problems are specifically with The Witcher, rather than with GOG.
