It is very tedious to sell merch trash in store.

Can you disable the sell confirmation somehow? or otherwise make it go faster?

I found online that you can get over the extremely tedious loot system by holding down cntrl when you click on something to automatically take everything. So I was hoping there is a similar system in place for selling

Not that I know of. You might have to search a mod for a better inventory (e.g. with a junk category)
