I was trying to install my copy through gog galaxy, when I got a message saying "Installation failed" However, the game still shows up on the left side list, and I can't uninstall, reinstall, or play. Everything is greyed out. The folder itself doesn't show under the gog games installation folder, nor in the menu for programs and features for win7. Even the hard drive space has not shrunk from it being installed. What can I do to fix this?

Try to reinstall GOG Galaxy. It can help. If you just want to play the game then it might be a good idea to use the offline installers. You can do this directly through your web browser on the games page of your profile or through GOG Galaxy by selecting to download backup game installers.

That worked, thank you very much. I will keep in mind the browser installs, just not very good with the multiple file installation games
