The game gets to the Launch game and options menu screen but when I push launch game nothing happens. I'm running win10 on a good gaming PC. Any help would be appreciated.

I have same issue launching this game on Win 10. To launch it proerly i make a link to exe with following key:
"D:\Games\The Witcher Enhanced Edition\System\witcher.exe" -dontForceMinReqs

Try it.
