It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi all. Just bought the original Witcher and started downloading it via GOG loader but the process just stopped for some reason at roughly 20% and won't move any further. I tried redownloading it, didn't help. What's more interesting is that earlier today, just after I signed up at GOG.com a free copy of Beneath a Steel Sky downloaded just fine.
Any idea what's causing this? I'm pretty sure I didn't change any network settings or anything, so I'm out of ideas here.

Did you restart the DLer? Not just clicking on the tray icon, but shut it down completely and restart. Failing that, did you try DLing through your browser? It's slower, but that's the way I always do it and it's never failed me yet.

Restarting the DLer didn't help either, so I guess I'll try downloading the game through the browser and see if it works.

Unless you have a very unstable connection, it is always better to download through the browser.

It is somewhat unstable, yes. But as of now the problem seems to have been solved by itself, since the game finally finished DLing as I turned my computer on the other day.
But anyways thanks for the help folks!
