I have similiar problem - when I put the key to the box it is redirected to redeem code page with an "RR" prefix (so it looks like "RR1BCDEFGH", but it is not accepted - key not valid. In case I delete these "RR" letters, then it displays "code expired" message. Is there any way, how to use the backup on GoG in this case?
