Greetings -

New member and happy to be here! I purchased a copy of The Witcher Enhanced Edition a few days ago and am having trouble getting it installed. When I click on Launch Game, I get a pop up box saying:

Please insert DVD of "THE WITCHER ENHANCED"!

The person I bought it from said he used gog to play it - equated it to Steam - and left it at that. Before I return it, I thought I'd post here and see if anyone has any idea how to proceed.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Wait, I'm a bit confused. You bought a physical copy but although you insert the DVD it doesn't "see" it?

(If that's the case, GOG Galaxy has nothing to do with it, the physical version doesn't need it)

I have the same problem. I bought the witcher today and I would download the offline version (part 1 of 4 etc) , but he always wants a cd. Isn't it possible to download the offline version?
