I always get this error when ever i try to run the game i have tried many solutions many patches but nothing seems to be working. any help will be appreciaed.

Also try to install all of the Microsoft Visual C++ (both 32- and 64-bit if you have a 64-bit OS): https://en.cdprojektred.com/support/the-application-failed-to-initialize-properly-0xc000007b/. Before that uninstall all of the versions you already have. You can also try to download and launch the game through GOG Galaxy. It can help as well.

Hover your mouse over the reply you wish to mark and on the top right it says something along the lines of "Mark as Solution".
