I just purchased The Witcher, Enhanced Edition, Director's Cut., here at gog.

Can anyone tell me if this is fully patched or do I need to down load any patches.

No patches needed, it's patched to the latest version
When you're done playing through once you can have a look at someof the mods that make combat harder or change a few things
