Ok so short run down:
Just did a system upgrade Gigabyte x570 ultra, Ryzen 9 3900x, 64gb DDR4, Mushkin 2tb m.2 < Split in half using half for my OS and half for my games. < Gog 1.2.59.21 is installed on the Games partition and thus would be able to ignore any program files directory issues. Running as Admin.
Fresh copy of Win10 1909 fully updated.

Witcher 1 & 2 give the following error
Installation Failed: Disk Access Problem < Attached picture

Witcher 3 installed just fine however so its not an issues with GOG.

I tried searching for this problem but didn't come up with any results. If this needs to be deleted just point me in the correct direction and I'll delete it.

Thanks for your help in advance.

I think best to contact support for this one.
Well we can mark this one as solved. Boy was it ever a clusterfuck. Apparently I used an older installer. Then when it updated it somehow installed itself one level higher or lower. Basically I had two gog clients in cascade.

**FIX**
Moved my installed games and downloaded games to root.
Deleted all of GOG's client install directory tree
Purged the registry with Ccleaner
Further purged the registry manually deleting every mention of GOG
Restarted system
Installed the latest version of GOG
Moved installed games to proper places
Deleted dl'd games
Mapped the correct import/DL folders
GOG took over from there.

All games installed properly now all that is left is to see if they will play *I'm sure that won't be an issue*
So much problems with Galaxy. Glad I do not use it.
