its there a way to make the time flow more real?
This question / problem has been solved by ConsulCaesarimage
You cannot change it with default in-game options, but perhaps you could try a mod. A quick search showed this one (makes the day-night cycle longer):
https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher/mods/798

Also, a user called vlshevchuk kindly posted a comment there explaining how to create your own mod to select any duration for the day-night cycle:

As follows from the description of the mod, the standard timescale in the game is 15:1, the author of the mod changed it to 6:1. I will describe the way how you can set any possible value of the timeline in the game. Anyone can choose the timescale that he wishes.
Copy the .mod files from the \Witcher\Data\modules\!Final to the \Users\Public\Documents\The Witcher and change their extension to .adv. Now djinni! can open them for editing as custom mod files. In the djinni! interface you need to configure the menu View/Utility Windows/Module Explorer (Ctrl + M) to display the structure of the module. Load the required module file (Module/Open Module/) and double click on the module properties tab in module explorer window, in the right corner of the djinni interface! the module_"module_name"_properties table will appear, find in the "time" section the column "minutes per hour". Default value is 4 (15:1, one game hour lasts 4 minutes of real time), arvydasz changed it to 10 (6:1, one game hour lasts 10 minutes of real time). The slowest possible timescale is the value 255 (1:4,25, one game hour lasts 255 minutes of real time), the quickest is 1 (one game hour lasts 1 minute of real time. Zero time scale in this game is impossible, if you set the value of "minutes per hour" to 0 (default value in Ice Plains) the time in the game will go as fast as possible (one game hour in one realtime minute).
When you set the game hour duration you need, open a new module for editing, djinni! prompts you to save your changes in the previous module, agree. When you have finished editing the modules you need, close the program, change back the extensions of the module files from .adv to .mod and move them back to the \Witcher\Data\modules\!Final folder. Let's play and see the change!

Splendid! Already a small change will improve it a lot.
Thank You ConsulCaesar

-Changed hours duration to 60min-

It works perfect. When it comes to day night cycle. Apparently the potions duration are linked with the duration of the day. They last longer. but they work slower. Ex. Swallow heals slower, Tawny endurance its slower etc.. Anyone knows what can be done. Which file do i need to edit? Thank you
