I keep running into this issue with the country inn. It becomes bugged and I cannot exit. Is there a fix? Is this a known issue? Seen people on steam having it so am a bit annoyed as I cannot find a fix have been looking for a couple hours now, steam/here/reddit/google.

If you don't (and didn't) use any cheats, mods, the savegame editor ... then upload your savegame (Geralt before entering the country inn) and post the link. I will have a look at it.
