Has you tried to force your O.S. to run the game only with Nvidia card?
IF you are using Windows, in the Geforce experience (or 3d config, can't remember) you should be able to config the game to run only with Nvidia. Or if you are too lazy, put everything running only with nvidia (which kill the reason behind the dual )

Even with everything running only Nvidia ? This has been my final solution when the games give me that type of problems. Disabling the integrated video card can be a little tricky as all the different laptop's model do it different.

Anyway, your machine and your nvidia have more than the minimum requirements?
