I have been playing the demo (using my computer specs) and I am having this annoying issue where when I rune (any camera mode) the camera an screen seem to twitch or stutter every single time I run and it is so annoying. I put the resolution to 1280-720 (I had to do the MinReqs error fix) put it in window mode, turn settings all on low but this dang issue keeps happening..if it wasn't I probably would have bought the game but since it is here I don't think I will be getting it until I see this issue no more. Can anyone help me please?!!
Well I really see no other explanation except that your machine is not up to it. What are your specs?
These are my specs:

CPU- Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU P6100 @ 2.00GHz
CPU Speed- 2.0 GHz Performance Rated at: 3 GHz
OS- Windows 7 64 bit
Video Card- Intel(R) HD Graphics- Video RAM 1.2GB-3D-Hardware T&L-Pixel Shader version 4.0-Vertex Shader 4.0
Sound Card- Conexant SmartAudio HD
Free Disk Space- 220.1GB
DVD-ROM-HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT32N STS Device

I read that someone said to change Maximum Pre-Rendered frames? How do I do that with Intel Graphics?
If I had to make a guess, I'd say it's your graphics card. The integrated cards are not really made for playing games. Your processor should be able to handle it, I think, with that low resolution and settings. Lack of RAM might also be an issue. If you have for example only 2GB of RAM, it might be an issue since that integrated card probably also uses your system RAM for the video memory.

As for lowering pre-rendered frames... It might not simply be possible. First of all, your card might not use such technology and second your card might not have a sophisticated control panel like nVidia cards do.
Thank you for the reply. I guess I failed to understand the whole graphics card stuff when I got my computer. It was my first PC so I was excited and thought nothing of it...three years later I am no understanding that the next time I get a computer make it a desktop and a really good graphics card. I wish I could change the one that is in my laptop but when I took the back off I could not find where the graphics card would be. I have an ASUS laptop.

Im not sure if you are a computer tech but do you recommend gaming laptops? Or should Desktops be the first place to go for Gaming?
You have an integrated graphics card; in other words, you cannot take it out. : ) What you might be able to do is to put in a dedicated card, and disable that integrated one... But I haven't done this and I'm not very knowledgeable either in the matter, so. In any case, the graphics card is just one part of the puzzle, so putting a top-of-the-line card in a low-end laptop might actually not be very sensible.

As for gaming laptops, I don't have any experience. From what little I've looked at, the advantage is the same as laptops in general: you can take your gaming rig with you whereever you go. Desktops seem to have a better power-to-cost ratio.

For this question I'd recommend making a topic in the general forums. A lot of people are bound to help you there.
