well to be honest not that im not glad gog will bring it here but the only reason i will buy it is if i know if some bugs are removed from the game i have the dvd version and sometimes when i want to save the game the game crashes. If its not with this version then i even will buy it again :)

GOG only works on compatibility (to my knowledge) but since it already works with the major OSs by default there won't be any changes (other than the installer yadayada). Have you got the Enhanced Edition and the Director's Cut patch. 1.5 patch.

1.5 IS the Director's Cut version (1.4 was Enchanted Edition). There are no further patches.

In the US, and other countries with the censored version, this is not true. If you have the DVD version of the Enhanced Edition, you'll need both the 1.5 patch, and THEN the Director's Cut patch if you want the fully updated non-censored version. 1.5 removes the DRM among other things, but not the censorship.
