First two Witcher games were updated with 64 bit versions and that's great, but unfortunately Apple silicon is still not supported (M1, M2 processors) and trying to run the game on MacBook from 2020 gives a nasty error message, nothing more.

Are there any chances that we'll see an update addressing this issue in a foreseeable future? I get that user base is relatively small and it's not the most concerning issue, especially for a game that was released as far back as 2007, but speaking on behalf of other modern Apple platform users, I think it would be great to have an ability to actually play Witcher on our computers.

Seeing how CD Projekt Red never added achievements to The Witcher 2 despite the Steam version having them, I doubt they will lift a finger to add support for other processors than x86 for this game.

You would probably get a better result posting on CDPR's forum instead of here.
