Long time ago, in 2007 when this game came out, I could squeeze around 30 fps. Nothing special, my hardware wasn't very good. Around 2 years later I did a little upgrade to core 2 duo 3ghz, 4gb ram and some radeon card I don't even remember. This should be plenty to run this game at 60 fps in high detail but the best I could get was around 40.
My current spec is:
phenom x4 965 be
4gb ddr3
radeon 5770 1gb (Catalyst 13.4)
win 7 ultimate 64bit
1600x900 resolution
The framerate still sometimes dips below 50. Whether I set the lowest or highest settings, the framerate basically stays the same. I know this game is badly optimized but I'm just curious, is anyone running this game at constant 60fps no matter what's currently happening on the screen?
