Hello everyone,

Recently I bought a new notebook and I was also planning to play The Walking Dead : Season 1, I installed the game
but whenever I try to launch the game, it launches but I see nothing except a black screen. I cannot see the menu
screen or other screens at all. My operating system is Windows 10 64 bit, I don't know how to solve this problem so any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem in chapter 3: black screen, only the mouse pointer is visible and movable, background sounds.

Rename the prefs.prop file in

C:\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead103

to prefs.prop.bak to disable it, then restart the game, and your saves should be restored.
"

It works for any chapter,
The last figure from the number of the Directory name (ex WalkingDead101 - 105) is for the chapter (ex 1 - 5)
