7 days ago I was informed by the newsletter that I could get a game for free because of the delay (game must be 5.5€ or less). So I emailed twdbatman@gog.com as mentioned in the newsletter and 7 days letter still no news about it! I asked for The Escapists TWD because it was around 5€ at the time, but now it's back to its normal price :/

Any of you asked and received their game requested after the email?

Same thing happened to me. I sent an email to TWDBatman@gog.com when I first received the email from GOG two weeks ago, then again at the beginning of this week and I still haven't gotten anything back. I just sent support a ticket about this.
