Im told on steam theres updates that fix save issues among other things.Is this active on the gog version as i havent noticed my game being updated

This game needs to fix it saving bug, very pointless in playing this right now as you can only get so far before it bugs out and you cannot save the game.

U heard right, but it seems it was published on the beta channel.
According to that thread in the official forum it is not fully released to the public yet :(

I think we have to wait for an official update.
