Hello,

How does this game save ?
Is it based on time... each 10 minutes ? or else ?
It seems random.
When you leave the game, it is not saved.
All the save games are AUTO SAVE.
Can we provoque saving the game ?
Even when we solve a puzzle (for instance, opening the safe), there is no AUTO SAVE.
This is unbelievable.

This is unbelievable.
The saves are based on finishing the quests and some points between these quests. There are some issues with save files at the moment and we are working on the update that is in testing already. This update will fix this issue.

Please, accept our apologies for such a long waiting but please, let us assure you that we will fix everything ASAP!
