When I was playing this game I sometimes kept experiencing this annoying bug, during combat when I'm using a health injection to heal myself it ends up using them all at once or something and I end up having 0 left forcing me to reload my latest save. I don't know what exactly causes it to happen whenever I need to heal but it kept happening quite often in my playthrough.
