DLC Owned but not recognized

I've searched several forum, and still have yet to find anything related to The Surge DLC's. I own them all but when I go to play them in the game, there is nothing.

Might sound like a basic question, but have you checked your inventory? All the DLC's will have something relating to them but you will access them through the game (Hot & Cold for example adds unique enemies and has a document with hints on their location)

CREO World is accessible through Central Production B or Research & Development and you will start the game with a CREO World Ticket in your inventory, it's not launched separately from the main menu for example.

Sorry if you already knew, just thought I'd mention it since the game doesn't make it obvious

Thank you for the answer. Yes, I have...but nothing. For example the CREO Special Employee Kit DLC sould from the beginning there. It is a neon greenish rig pattern.

And when you installed the DLC packages there wasn't any error message?

Just bough the package, installed the DLC and it is shown at the beginning as additional DLC content. No idea why it is not working for you. Maybe you should contact support about this.

I was having the same issue. My DLC wasn't being recognized until I re-verifyed my installation. Give that a shot and see if it helps.

I'm having the same issue. I installed the Fire & Ice and Cutting Edge DLCs, but I don't see any verification that either DLC was accepted.
