Game gets stuck at the loading resources screen when first starting (picture of the launching pad) and will not progress any further.

Windows Version Microsoft Windows 10 (10.0) Home 64-bit (Build 18362)
DirectX Version 12.0

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz

64g 3200 DDR4 RAM
