I bought this yesterday and it keeps crashing. Usually goes about 5 or 10 minutes. I can leave it running and not do anything and it still crashes. Can't see an answer anywhere. I have a high end gaming rig and am wondering whether the coding can't handle it.

Intel Core I9
32 Gb DDR4 4000 ram
Nvidia 2080TI gpu
34" monitor.

Tried reducing the setting without success.

ANy suggestions?

Does this happen only in The Surge or in other games aswell?


Did you try it with and without the GalaxyLauncher?
Maybe something there is causing the issue?!

Contact Support. If you and they working together can't get it running you should be entitled to a refund.

The game requires updated Direct X C++ redist 2012 x86 and x64 repair those installers and try again by launching as admin. Also, are you full screen or borderless? try both and check...
