Is the The Surge 2 - URBN Gear Pack DLC not part of the premium edition?
It's the only one that didn't get marked as owned when I bought it. But the store page is a bit confusing by saying something like this.
"Expand your The Surge 2 experience with the "BORAX-I Quantum Mace", available exclusively with the Season Pass."

I think I just got my answer in another thread. Some reason I didn't see it before I posted.
