Does anyone have this issue where the NPCs are moving awkwardly and seem to be very glitchy, which makes the game difficult to progress through? Is there a way to fix this issue and should I refund the game since it not working properly? The NPCs seem to have a difficult time finding/locating where they need to go to trigger the next sequence, sometimes not even moving.

Yes, I believe it´s the problem with high FPS. You should limit your FPS in Nvidia panel or similiar.

You are a f$$$ing God. Ty. Slayers would jump up to the roof and then you get spammed with the clanking metal sound and they stutter across like a tweaker... This made them act correctly and had i to stop shiving everything cuz it can fight back.
