Recently I've been chatting with John Anderson, the senior environment artist of both "The Suffering" titles. As he was scrolling through my "The Suffering" videos he accepted to answer some of your questions about the game!

How did they go about designing environments? Did they take images? Use references?

Did some people come from Baltimore? Did they visit prisons or abandoned prisons?
