So far the game is great but when running on an ultrawide resolution, the collectible documents in the game are way too small to read. Is there a way to fix this?

Unfortunately not. Had the same issue on 2560x1440. The only way I've found is to temporarily reduce the resolution, read the documents and turn the resolution back up.
