I went into my radeon settings and made a profile for The Suffering and it seemed like it is not applying the FPS limiter, I at first put it to 60fps because it was recommended. But I still had audio issues. I even tested the limited to only 30fps and it seems like the game is ingnoring the fps limiter.

What am I doing wrong?

UPDATE: Nevermind, for now. I disabled the 3D audio in the setup. It seems to be fine for now.
