I cannot find VR options in Settings Menu.

Until we get an answer, right now it does not. There's no option in the menu to toggle VR mode, adding it to my steamvr library didn't work, launch parameters didn't work.

I've found a solution that works for me.
Add -solusVR parameter to the direct access and be sure to have SteamVR on.

When the game starts it automatically switches to the HMD.

But this should be easier and use the standar settings menu.

You should probably accept Gydion's answer then, because that is exactly what he said (well, almost, he posted a link to where game developer said it).

I cant find that in any of the configs. Can you be a bit more specific?

It's not in any config in Galaxy, perhaps due to GOG mistake or some miscommunication with developer. You must run it manually:

Win+R, type cmd.exe, confirm
cd "C:\GOG Games\The Solus Project" // assuming that's where you installed it, adjust as necessary
TheSolusProject.exe -solusVR // again may need some adjustment, not completely sure about the .exe name

Or you could make shortcut to the .exe and add the parameter there, for a more permanent clickable solution.
