Check on "Run as administranor" in properties of game .exe file.
It's helped for me
If not helped:
1)Try set settings by defaut or minimum.
2)Off all overclocking
3)Contact to support. Support team of this game is very good.

will give it a try. never overclock, but the others. I really do like this game.(when it runs). it did until recently.
