Are there any graphics options at all ?

Changing the resolution in some way or at least windowed mode would be nice.

Run "SetupS3.exe in the game directory to access the options. Game resolution has three options:
640 x 480
800 x 600
1024 x 768

I don't think you can run it windowed. I tried adding -window to the shortcut and it crashed for me.

Alfie's suggestion is one way to go, although it's easier just to use the function keys in-game to accomplish the very same thing (as stated in the game's manual).

F1 - 640x480
F2 - 800x600
F3 - 1024x768

you can also change the shadows and the fog of war.

about windowed mode, i did a long search myself some years back and as far as i found out, there is just none freakin way to do that.
