settlers V is already on GoG: http://www.gog.com/gamecard/heritage_of_kings_the_settlers
regarding settlers IV: i guess since blubyte was publisher and developer of settlers 3 as well as settlers 4, the latter will come to GoG.com in the end, but that can and will take time.
