I heard settlers 4 uses a patch that unintentionally made the AI much harder than it is supposed to be, is this still the case for the GoG version of Settlers 4?

The GOG S 4 version is exactly the same as my CDROM of 2001.
Sold 3 $ about


That does not work any more now. You MUST use a video wrapper and a special patch widescreentools.

Same thing for Elixir.
