Settlers 4 is a Windows program. It's from 2001 and according to my original disk the system requirements are as follows:
Intel Pentium 200MHz (or compatible)
64MB RAM
8MB graphics (or better)
575MB HDD
DirectX 7.0 (or better)
4x CD-ROM drive
Windows 98 / Me / 2000 / XP
Wikipedia agrees ;)
